1. Who we are
Aurenta AI Technologies ("Aurenta", "we") is a software company based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, building a sovereign correctness-and-evidence platform for UAE e-invoicing. This policy covers personal data processed through this website, aurenta.ae. Data processed inside the Aurenta platform on behalf of customers is governed by the customer agreement, not this policy — as a processor we act on our customers' documented instructions.
2. What we collect
- Contact data you send us — when you email info@aurenta.ae or request a demo: your name, email address, organisation, and the content of your message.
- Technical data — our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URLs) for security and availability.
- Analytics — this site currently runs no analytics and sets no cookies. If we adopt a privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics service, this section will be updated first.
3. Why we process it
To respond to your enquiries, arrange product demonstrations, operate and secure the website, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making about you.
4. Legal basis
We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL): with your consent, for the performance of steps you request ahead of a contract, or for our legitimate interests in operating and securing this site.
5. Where data lives
Data residency is the core of our product doctrine, and we hold ourselves to the same standard: website contact data is stored and processed in the United Arab Emirates wherever technically feasible. Where a sub-processor operates outside the UAE, we transfer only what is necessary and only under PDPL-compliant safeguards.
6. Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Server logs rotate on our hosting provider's standard schedule.
7. Your rights
Under the PDPL you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict processing; and withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@aurenta.ae and we will respond within the statutory period. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office.
8. Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run this website (hosting, email), under contracts that restrict their use of it, and with authorities where the law requires it.

We will post any changes on this page with an updated date above. Material changes will be highlighted.
