Pricing

Priced on captured value — never per document.

No per-document meters, no volume tiers. The subscription follows your legal entities; the success fee exists only when your own approver verifies money coming back; and a scoped pilot lets you measure both on your data before the mandate dates arrive.

The pricing principle

Priced on captured value — never per document.

Subscription

Platform subscription

Per legal entity — not per invoice, not per user. The correctness-and-evidence layer on every invoice, every day: verdicts with reason trails, the review queue, and sealed evidence roots your auditor can check without trusting us.

Success fee

Success-fee recovery

Recovery work carries a success fee on verified recoveries. It applies only to what your own approver marks as recoverable — never to estimates, never to findings you decline to pursue. No verified recovery, no fee.

Pilot

A scoped start ahead of the mandate deadlines: your data, your region, measured results. Sized to your entity structure and timed against the dates that matter to you — talk to us.

How the success fee is computed

You pay a success fee only on what your own approver verifies as recoverable — and the fee is computed from cryptographically sealed amounts, so neither side can move the number afterward.

We don't publish a rate card here, because there isn't a price per document to publish — the fee is a share of verified recoveries, agreed when the engagement is scoped.

FAQ Quick answers

What determines the subscription?

Your legal entity count — not document volume. Ten invoices or ten thousand in a month, the subscription doesn't move; each entity gets the full correctness-and-evidence layer.

When does the success fee apply?

Only on what your own approver verifies as recoverable — after they verify it, not before. Findings you decline to pursue carry no fee, and the amounts the fee is computed from are sealed, so neither side can adjust them later.

What does the pilot include?

A scoped engagement on your data, in your region, with measured results — shaped around your entity structure and the mandate timeline: the ASP appointment deadline of 30 October 2026 and Phase 1 go-live on 1 January 2027. Talk to us and we'll scope it with you.

Is anything priced per document?

No. Metering by document would put our incentive on volume instead of correctness. The subscription follows legal entities; the fee follows captured value.
