The overview — four numbers that matter
The top of the control plane answers the questions a CFO actually asks: how much has been judged, what is waiting on a human, what money the detectors believe is recoverable, and how much of the period is already sealed as evidence.
The review queue — a human decides
Everything the detectors are unsure about queues here, newest first. Approving is one click. Rejecting requires a written reason — recorded, sealed, attributable. Nothing disappears silently, and nobody overrules the record.
Advisory, never blocking — releasing money is always a human act.
Every signal is deterministic and explainable — no ML black box.

The trace — every figure grounded to its source
Open any document and the claim decomposes: each extracted field is pinned to a page and line in the source, totals are recomputed in exact decimal arithmetic, and the verdict carries its reason trail. This is what your auditor reads instead of trusting a score.
Gates & status — refuse to start half-configured
Before the control plane serves a single request it renders its own preconditions: residency asserted, keys present, timestamp authority bound to your deployment. If a gate is not satisfied, the boot gate refuses to start — a half-configured system never quietly runs.
Dark and light — the same instrument, two rooms
The control plane ships both themes: light for the finance floor, dark for the operations room. Same layout, same numbers, same verdicts — nothing is redesigned between them, so nothing hides in either.
One narrative, two languages
Every held payment produces a plain-language narrative a board member can read without a glossary — and the Arabic is not a roadmap item. Regulator- and board-friendly Arabic output ships today, with true right-to-left rendering.
Payment to Marjan Logistics DMCC is held for review: the payee bank detail changed after approval. No money moves until a person decides.
