Who we are

Aurenta is built in Abu Dhabi for one job: making UAE e-invoices correct and defensible before they leave your systems. Aurenta is deliberately not an ASP — it is the ASP-agnostic correctness layer. You appoint any accredited service provider; Aurenta makes the invoice correct and defensible before your ASP transmits it.

That division of labour is the whole point. Your ASP moves documents; Aurenta answers the question that comes before movement — is this invoice right, and can you prove it later? Every verdict comes with a reason trail, and every claim the system makes is sealed into evidence your auditor can verify independently.

Built in Abu Dhabi — and why that matters

We start from a simple conviction: compliance data should not leave the country that regulates it. Invoices carry your counterparties, your prices, your bank details, your tax position — the commercial nervous system of a business. A compliance layer that quietly routes that data through a foreign cloud has already made a sovereignty decision on your behalf. We refuse to make it.

In sovereign mode, the OCR, retrieval, and telemetry that power Aurenta run only on self-hosted, in-region models. There is no silent fallback: if an in-region component is unavailable, the system fails closed and says so, rather than falling back to a foreign cloud to keep a metric green. And because "trust us" is not an argument, we make the opposite one: trust is earned by verification, not claimed. Evidence roots are Ed25519-signed and verifiable offline — you can check them on a laptop with no connection to us at all. See it work, live, on the verify page.
